A few things before you start — with liability claims these really matter.
- Do NOT admit liability or make any offer. Simply acknowledge any claim in writing and say the matter has been referred to your insurer.
- Forward everything — refer all correspondence, demands, letters, writs and invoices to us, and attach any letter of demand.
- Don't enter into correspondence with the other party or their solicitor about the incident.
